About Fuel Pro from Walthall
Fuel Pro from Walthall offers commercial fleet operators access to full-service cardlock stations throughout the Middle Georgia and Savannah regions.
Unlike a traditional retail station, a cardlock fuel station is a fuel-only location without an attached convenience store. Only commercial customers carrying a dedicated company fuel card can fuel up at a cardlock station; no retail cards, credit cards, cash, or other payment forms are accepted.
Cardlock pumps only deliver the type and quantity of fuel that each card is authorized to purchase – so a diesel truck driver can’t use it to purchase gasoline and vice versa. Cardlock pumps can restrict fuel types, enforce pumping limits, and allow for greater oversight for fleet operators.
Walthall Fuel Pro stations offer convenience, safety, speed, and accountability, as well as negotiated fuel pricing and the exceptional customer service you’ve come to expect from Walthall Oil Company. Find out more about the benefits of fueling your fleet with Fuel Pro here.
Fuel Pro stations are only open to commercial fuel customers with a current Fuel Pro membership. Other customers should visit a Walthall Oil Company retail location.

The following Card Reader Errors may be displayed on the card reader screen when you swipe your card. There are many reasons for these errors:
- BAD CARD –if the card reader displays “BAD CARD” when you swipe your card, then our card reader cannot read your card. This could be for one of several reasons:
- Your card is damaged or demagnetized. Frequent use can damage the magnetic stripe on the back of the card, rendering it unreadable. Or, placing your card near a strong magnet (like the one in a phone case or a money clip) can demagnetize the stripe. Contact Fuel Pro at (912) 234-7231 to find out how to obtain a replacement.
- Our card reader could need maintenance. We maintain our readers regularly, but as with any equipment, they occasionally need replacing or repair. We greatly value phone calls from our customers informing us of any trouble they have at the pumps. By letting us know when you have trouble with a reader at a particular location, we can more quickly resolve the issues and keep our customers on the road.
- INVALID FUEL – If the card reader displays “INVALID FUEL” when you swipe your card, your card is not coded for the type of fuel that you are trying to pump. You may be selecting the wrong pump, or you may need to have your card re-coded to pump that particular fuel type. Contact the administrator of your company’s fuel account.
- INVALID CARD –If the card reader tells you “INVALID CARD” when you swipe your card, this means that the card you are trying to use is not currently active in our fueling system. You will need to contact the administrator of your company’s fuel account to have your card reactivated.
- INVALID PIN – If the card reader tells you “INVALID PIN” when you swipe your card, you are entering the incorrect PIN for the card you are trying to use. You will need to contact the administrator of your company’s fuel account to recover the correct PIN.
The most common cause of slow fuel pumps is a tripped leak detector. If this occurs, everyone pumping at the station will need to release their nozzle at the same time and stop pumping for about 20 seconds. Doing so should reset the detector and pump speed should pick back up. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please call our office at (912) 234-7231 for assistance.
Please call Fuel Pro at (912) 234-7231 to report equipment failures, outages, or other issues with a cardlock pump/station.
We value safety. Emergency procedures are posted at each Fuel Pro site for immediate customer reference. Since our stations are unmanned, it’s important that our customers are safe and know what to do in case of an emergency at one of our sites.
In Case of Emergency:
