At Walthall Oil Company, we are thankful for the Central Georgia community who has supported our business since our humble beginnings in 1952. We’re committed to being involved in the Central Georgia community and enriching the region by participating in local organizations and monetary support for events and non-profits.

Submit a Request

To ensure that we’re putting our money where it can do the most good, we ask that you help us with prioritizing our efforts. We want to help as many people as possible in the local communities where we do business, but we receive a large volume of requests every year. Please keep the following guidelines in mind when you make a request for support.

The Selection Process

  • Requests are processed monthly, so please make your request a minimum of one month in advance of your anticipated need.
  • If a sponsorship or donation is approved, you will receive confirmation as well as any needed artwork via email.
  • Your payment and any necessary forms will be made during the following week’s payment processing and will be mailed to the address you provide on the request form.
  • If you’ve requested a gift-in-kind or a product donation, we’ll be happy to ship to the address you provide.

Request Guidelines

  • Requests must be submitted via our online request form.
  • Requests must be submitted no later than one month in advance of the anticipated need.
  • We are not able to consider incomplete requests; all form fields must be completed.

The Walthall Charity Fund

The Walthall Charity Fund is a donor-advised fund established with the Community Foundation of Central Georgia, Inc. Through this partnership, Walthall Oil Company has established a lasting legacy of giving that will continue to positively impact our community for generations.
