ExxonMobil Distributor Training

Allison Walthall, Myles Barnett, and Joe Young attended ExxonMobil’s Distributor Entry Level Training (DELTA), a program designed to deliver essential knowledge and the foundation of the skills needed in the lubricants business.  All new Distributor Sales Representatives are encouraged to attend this course within their first year on the job to acquire groundwork-understanding of the fundamentals of lubrication and begin growing the skills required in the oil and lubricants sector.  By gaining this valuable training, the Walthall Oil Company Sales Team is able to provide value to our customers to increase productivity and reduce total cost of ownership.
